Update for V12 Enterprise

As part of the Backoffice rewrite, there was also an update to the Helios program.  If your salons have not updated to 12.7.1, you will be unable to pull any reports or pages.

To update your PC, we ask that first restart your PC.  When you log back into Helios, the auto-updater should prompt you that the update was downloaded and restart the program. 

To ensure your PC is compatible with the Helios POS update, please install this update from Microsoft:


If after updating your PC with the link above your Helios software has not been auto-updated, the link below will provide the update to Helios itself: 


With these two installed, the Helios program should work correctly. For Backoffice itself, we ask that you not re-use any old bookmarks from Internet Explorer.
