Whether you are opening a new business or simply new to using Helios, you may choose a more ‘hands-on’ approach to setting up Helios and training yourself and your staff. A Helios Representative will come to your location and provide one-on-one training for owners and managers as well as knowledgeable instruction for employees using the Helios Point Of Sale functions. You will receive personalized training using Helios to maximize your business needs.
Prior to your training day, you may choose to use the Remote Salon Setup form so the Helios Representative can have much of the preliminary Helios options and features pre-configured before arriving. This will maximize your time while on-site to get the most out of your training experience.
