The data preparation and conversion process will require approximately 3 to 4 hours per location and the Helios program is unavailable during this time. Large multi-location chains will find it more desirable and cost-effective to choose the on-site setup instead of remote setup. A Helios Representative will come to your location and complete the process of adding each location to the Wide Area Network and synchronizing all data with the server location.

You may elect to work a longer-than-8-hour day and thereby complete more WAN conversion locations per day. Please be aware that this will affect your total cost since the time allotted per location is estimated to be 3 to 4 hours, or 2 to 3 locations per 8 hour period depending on other factors. Multiple-day schedules may be rounded to the nearest half-day which will be billed at a rate of $599 pre Half-Day.
