Attendance
The attendance is expected to be 200 or more and will represent a cross-section of the tanning market segment. Single salon owners and managers, large chain operators and franchisors / franchisees will be in attendance. Helios is also inviting representatives from leading industry product and service providers to be in attendance to represent and promote their particular industry offerings.

Event Marketing and Promotion

• Helios will be mailing 10,000 postcards per month for 3 months preceding event
• Helios will be emailing 90,000 emails within 3 months preceding event
• Helios will publish full page advertising for the event in 2 industry publications
• Helios will setup a dedicated event website and myspace page for web presence
• The Helios Sales staff and support will be integral in promoting the event to all leads
